Earlier this year a friend of mine who is a keen photographer suggested we try filming some of my posts.
So in August we spent one long hot sunny day filming four of the recipes. It was an interesting – though at times slightly stressful – experience: I had never realized how difficult it would be to simultaneously cook and explain what I was doing – all the time with a camera staring at me! I’ve also discovered that when I start talking about literature I switch into English teacher mode: not quite right for a YouTube video. So, there is still some work to do and any (constructive!) feedback would be very welcome.
